Vitamins

My 5yr. old daughter is a very active little girl, she just started kindergarten. She's just to frail. I just wish she would eat a little more.  Can you please tell me if she's underweight?  Is there any vitamins  that would increase her hunger?  For the last 8 months i've noticed her hair was thinning, i took her to the dr. she said that she was a little low in iron, so she gave her iron supplements.  I just think that maybe she needs more vitamins, but there's so many out there, that i don't know which one to get her.  , thank you.

Her weight is between the 50-25th percentile and her height is on the 75th percentile for her age which indicates she is normal for her age. She may appear thinner due to being tall for her weight. At that age children tend to ‘too busy’ to eat normal amounts of food at meals and that can be frustrating to parents. Suggest giving her a milkshake (milk and ice cream blended) once a day to help give her additional calories due to her eating habits. Recommend a chewable children's daily multi-vitamin if you want to give her vitamins.
