frequent stools

my daughter is 7 months old. suddenly before 2 weeks she started having frequent stools 10 to 12 times a day. i did stool test which didnt show any infecton, but ph was acidic and sugar positive. my paediatrician advised to sart lactose free formula milk. i still breast feed her. the condition doesnt seem to improve much. how to solve this. i want to know should i stop breast feed? or change her diet pattern. she takes youghurt and cheese   her diet. i am worried.

She was breast-feed from birth and did not have issues until recently, recommend continue breast-feeding.  Suggest stopping feeding yogurt, cheese and other dairy products to her and see if her stools decrease.
