There have been studies of children with Neuro disorders having sleeping disabilities and the use of melatonin with some good results, however, there is no established recommended dosage or usage for small children. Giving sleeping supplements at an early age is not a good idea. Suggest relaxing before bedtime, read a book and try to make bedtime fun. Maybe give the pacifier back and ask yourself - Is it worth all the fighting at this time? Try in a few months to take it away. Ask the Child Behavior Forum for addition information.
