Six small meals is the healthier way to eat instead of 3 big meals, however, our lifestyles do not make it easy to eat 6 small meals a day. The simplest way to figure out what to eat is to just divide the 3 meals into the 6. For example for breakfast have yogurt and fruit and 2 hours later (2nd small meal) have toast with jam or peanut butter and milk to drink. Hoped this helped you.
