My daughter is  BELOW 5th percentile on height,and 5th percentile on height. She is so small compared to other children her age,and I am starting to become concerned.Should I be worried about a condition that affects her growth?Another thing that worries me is she poops about 10 times a day,is that normal.

Her weight is just above the 5th percentile and her height is on the 5th percentile for her age. She just may be petite. As long as she is growing at a steady rate, even if it is slow, that is normal. Genetics play a role in stature and are females in the family that are petite? Suggest giving her a nutrient dense drink such as Pediasure or milkshake (milk and ice cream blended) in place of milk at all meals for additional calories and protein for growth and weight gain. Moving your bowels 10 times a day normal, it depends on the stool consistency. If it is loose, suggest going to her MD to be checked.
