Fibrocystic Breast Disease

My 10 year old daughter was complaining of a pain in her right breast. Upon examination I found a small lump, so I took her to the children hospital where she was diagnose with Fibrocystic Breast Disease and I was told to contact the surgeon for further investigation. I am scared out of my wits. Is there anyone out there that has had similar experience of this with there young child and can offer any advice.
