Medical ID Bracelet

My daughter has a speech delay. I've been talking with my family and one of the things that has come up is how we would ever find her if she got lost. She is not anywhere near being able to recite her phone number, address or parent's names. The logical solution would be to get her an ID bracelet. But, she also has sensory integration disorder so she would not wear one willingly. It needs to be one that she cannot take off or something like it. Does anyone have any suggestions?
