Medicine Help

Is there any help out there for medication? The only help I have found only cuts the cost down about $20-30 and when you're trying to raise 2 children with no insurance coverage that's not really much help, as some of you probably know. My son takes Concerta once aday and Risperdal twice aday (2 tablets). If anybody knows of any better help out there of the name of the drug companies please let me know. Have you tried the health department or social services. {yes i know they are a pain in the butt}
I live in maryland and there is a program that help with insurance for low income familys. You could see if they have anything like that in your area.
