Raising a child while confined to a wheelchair

Does anybody have any advise for raising a little girl while being confined to a wheelchair?

Raising a little child confined to a wheel chair is more or less the same like raising a normal child provided that there no serious medical issues that made the child confine to wheel chair leading to crippledom.There are many psychological issues related to this case.Most of the handicapped children are isolated,depressed and stress victims which is a very sad and pitiful situation to the parents.
1.If the child is old enough say 5 years its a bit easier to soothe her and divert her from the present problem.
2.But if the kid is very little,they dont have a realization that they are different from other kids.
3.Let the kid taken more care about his interests and needs without negligence and denial.
4.Let the baby no way feel that it is different from others.
5.Take much care not to leave him alone that leads to post traumatic stress disorder,isolation,denial,depression which is very difficult deal in later ages.
5.Mental support and moral support is always needed for such little kids and its the primary responsibility of the parents.Inspiration and perspiration are the two most things that decides the success of any one.(No matter sound or crippled)
6.Psychological counseling is a must both to parents and the kid in prescribed time.
7.Let him be provided nutritious food without fail that may make him more challenged in mind and rest body which is active.
8.Medical care and regular check up to rule  out all other medically related complications,possible out comes.
9.Unless you mention the cause that made the kid confined to the wheel chair its impossible to individualize this case.
