Your friend needs to mention this to her doctor because it could be Precosious Puberty, basically, her hormones are not balanced and she is going into puberty much too early. There are treatments for this that will delay puberty, but not reverse what has already taken place. Does she have another disorder or condition in addition to this? I am a pediatric home health nurse and have cared for young children with early onset puberty. I hope this information will help you and your friend. If her daughter is experiencing puberty, she needs treatment to avoid breast growth and even menstruation. Good luck. Let me know if I can help in any way. I'll be happy to be of assistance.
