Is she getting physical therapy services? If not, talk to her pediatrician about a referral for early intervention services through your local health department, or you could just call your health department and find out what you need to do to get her assessed. They will provide physical therapy free of charge if she qualifies from the assessment. They'll also be able to offer you ideas for how to help her yourself at home.
