My six and half year old daughter makes sounds like burp, doctor says they are not burps.can you please help me know what are they and why is she making such sounds?

Gets attention ...as you took her to the Doctor perhaps she is realising making the noise will get her noticed.so let her burp.ignore the issu once you stop talking about it she will stop doing it, focus on her positive side and praise her when she does something right,make sure you are playing gaames with her , and she has enough stimulation at home and at school ..
