3yr. old throwing up at same time evry night

Hello,
My three year old daughter with food and environmental allergies is throwing up every night around the same time (3a.m.). We give her Zyrtec most nights. The nights the vomiting is occuring is usually on the nights she does not take Zyrtec. The day after vomiting she has diareah. Can post nasal drip be causing these symptoms?? Hopefully someone will be able to give me some insight on this. We have an app. scheduled with the GI Dr. next month. Thanks in advance for your responses. - mma243
