5 year old child ear itchy for many years

My 5 years old daughter has this ear itchiness for many years. Seen many specialist and doctors and doesn't seems to help. She has her wax removed by doctor, and another doctor had pump warm water to remove wax too. She applied several type of creams prescribed by the doctors and all these doesn't seems to help.

She previously only itch during the time when she is about to go to bed, and drinking some warm milk will help her but now she seems to says warm milk doesn't help anymore. She also gradually has the itch  comes back during the day.

We are staying in Singapore where it is humid and hot most of the time except for Oct-Jan will be wet season. She sleeps in aircon and temp is set between 27 to 28 degC for 4 hours of the night.

She started to complain as she is now bigger. Do help please.

I'm only guessing, but it might be eczema.  (I have eczema in my ear canals.)  It is an allergic condition.  Your daughter would need to be tested for allergies, to see if she actually is allergic to anything.  If she is, then you will need to remove those things from her environment.  It could be something she eats, something she breathes, or something she touches that is the problem.  You mention that she has seen many doctors and specialists, but has she seen an allergy specialist?

It may be dermatitis.

If it looks similar to one or more of these three pictures, I suggest you talk to your doctor about dermatitis.
