Allergies in children

My seven year old daughter has small red dots that are itchy on her chest, back, arms and legs.  She always gets this in the winter and I'm wondering what over the counter medication you can recommend to help her.  We had her tested for allergies last year and that was negative.  She has fair and sensitive skin.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

My 5 year old has sensitive skin, too. It could be soap, detergent, shampoos, carpet cleaners, it can be so many things that you may not even think of. It's reall y hard to find out what it can be. My daughter can't have any perfumes or dyes on any of her clothes or skin. Good luck!!!
