I just found out my son has a Class 4 Peanut Allergy. I am waiting for the Dr. to call me back to tell me what this means, but in the mean time I;m freaking out. Can someone please tell me how severe this is?
My son was diagnosed at 9 months, while my wife was nursing. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. The sleepless nights, skin rashs, vomiting, emergency room visits, once I thought he was dead. My wife began cutting things out of her diet and he improved. We had him blood tested at 9 months against DRs wishes and sure enough. He was allergic to egg, dairy, peanuts wheat. He's 3 1/2 now and doing well but everything is scary and challenging, especially dealling with people who don't understand. Good luck
