Grandaughter 5 years old

We recently noticed on her left nipple there is a white pimple looking thing, she says it doesn't hurt, but I wanted to see if anyone knows what it could be and what if anything needs to be done!

My daughter who is 9 has a white pimple like thing on her nipple and she claims it does hurt.  I was also wondering if anyone knew.

My eight y/o daughter had the same thing and in time it came to a head like a zit but harder then all the white pus like stuff came out and  she was fine after and before with no pain the conpleat time. lasted about two months if not longer think it was a small cyst not sure though but that is what a cyst would do. they can be common on the nipple if not kept well cleaned and rinced try antibactic soap without lotion in the tub or shower on the nipple tell your daughter to make sure she cleans and rinces her body real will after a bath or shower. put on lotion on at later time when pores are more closed that is what my daughter ped doc told me at her physicial last year hope it helped
