My little one has got rash on her uppr arm...

Need some advise pls, my little has got a bad rash on her upper arm, I don't know what is is from, it looks like allot of tiny red spots on her upper arm, she says when you touch it, it burns a little..could it be pollen allergy or from the dogs we have got..?also I'm not sure what to put on rash..could some one pls give me some advise...Thanks

Dear Doctor
  I have 7 years old son , last day  we  had taken  some medicine its name Nimesulide  , Cetirizine  in virus fever , after  8 hours we seem his skin redness, and skin itching and rashes .so doctor  now what we do ? please guide , hope your reply  useful  for my kid , and   (here doctor take anti biotic  tablets every time with fever tablets its like  Azithromycin  etc.
