about my son kalpo

My 4 & half years old son - from the baby age his right & left side (inner side of throat skin) of throat total 5 little size tumer (in my view). but he fell no pain or other trouble. with his grout its also grout, i think it. I contact with local throat specialist doctors then he give my child some medicine (antibody) but no result. then the doctor advice me for some medical test. doctor think may be some tb germ in this small tumer. Now is it dengerius for my little son, what is the real fact and i want's advice for this problem.
