my daughters not drinking enough formula

my daughter is lactose intolarant she only has 3oz bottles every 4hours really worried as she is not gaining weight like she should be is there anything more i can do to get more formula in her? she weighs 9lb 11oz and is 9 weeks old its not trapped wind as she brings that up fine and i know when she has trapped wind so it is dealt with asap,

You really need to discus this with her pediatrician.  It sounds like a change of formulas is needed.  Her doctor would know what options would be best for her to try.

Has your ped Dr said anything about her weight/ commented that she's in a low percentile for her height? You should make an appointment if she looses weight or you feel like she isn't meeting her goals.

You have her on some kind of soy or dairy free formula? Is it possible she has an intolerance to that kind of formula as well? You said her wind is fine, but are her bowel movements? Sometimes its just taste, if she isn't feeding well maybe she doesn't like the taste of her formula.
