need help for my 17 month

history
5 weeks old had malration surgery and her apenic(sp)
was on neocate until about 2 months ago most food bothered her
now she is eatin good and is on soyy milk
in about weekk she will be gettin tubes in her ears
>>>>>> she is now 17 months old ways 20lbs ... she is staying sick she constently has a cough ,runny nose  , and her fever just comes and goes 100.0 .... also has wezzing ... she has been on antibiotics, neb treatments clears up then a week or two later its right back... and the thing is we dont take her hardly anywere ...so i dont know how she gets soo sick soo much ?....
any ideas on what is could be or what i can do to help her ??

Thought I'd let y'all know that she is gettin tubes in her ears and her adenoids (adenoids) taken out  very soon
