sudden appearence of small ptchy blisters on the knees

my 20 months old kid got a sudden appearence of small patchy blisters on her right knees and it started spreading above in a day or two.. what can be reason for this? i am much worried about it as she was taking antibiotics for her cold and cough till a before she got this.. is there anything to do with the medicine or is it just some allergy...
