Constant arm stretchin - pain

Hi,

For the past 2 years i have been experiencing constant stretching of the left arm. I have to stretch it every 2 - 5 mins now and its very distracting.the inner bicep/underarm region and the shoulder region are the areas. It begins to ache some days as the constant stretching takes its toll.
It just feels weak despite me going to the gym 3-4 times a weak trying to stregthen them, as 2 years ago i broke my left clavicle and i thought that might be a reason.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
