HEAD, NECK, EYE, AND FACIAL PAIN

I am beginning to become desperate. I have had a headache for 5 wks today. I also am having neck pain that is radiating into the top of shoulders, the left side of my face is swollen which includes ear canal and my left eye is bulging. Not much relieves the pain. I have went to the doctor twice now first dx was sinusitis I have completed two rounds of antibiotics no relief. Three days ago i had ct of sinuses and brain they said no abnormalities I have been dx with tenonitis and pinched nerve in my right shoulder   can this have anything to do with what is going on. Please help I have missed alot of work this month due to this . I am miserable..
