Kyphosis, maybe?

Kyphosis, maybe?

hi, i have been in the navy for about 8 months now, and my back has been hurting for 3 years.

i thought that the problem would go away but being in the navy is making it worse. i cant stand for 6 hours as i am supposed to, and it is getting unbearable.

am i justified in bringing this up to my superiors?

please tell me if my kyphosis seems bad. i cant deal with this back pain anymore, and i feel guilty complaining of back pain.

Also, recently i seem to have developed a limp in my walk, and my left shoulder is higher than my right, and its not from pain, i just seem to walk more so on one foot than the other, is this related?

If your pain intensifies while standing for duty, I would get it checked out by a physician. Inform them of the problem, and if they feel you cannot perform certain duties, they will notify your superiors.
