Lifting light weights with fractured humerus

Hello all , i had a humerus fracture 8 months ago, i am 20 year old male and had a surgery with a pin installed. Unfortunately, i have some thyroid disorder and my arm hasnt fully recovered , the union is delayed and the bones are still not completely fused. My question is if i do some light weight bicep curls and tricep extensions with 3-4 kg would this stall my healing or would it be good since more blood will flow to my bone ?

Did your orthopedist give you the green light on this type of exercise? If so, go for it... but if they recommended against it, then I would follow that advice.
