Lower Back Pain When Getting Out of Car
I have some pain in my lower back (left side).  It is only painful when I make the motion of getting of out a car (moving my leg and twisting my back to stand up/get out).  It does not hurt at any other time.  It's more of a twinge or sharp pain that is so painful I barely want to move.

What causes this and what can I do to help it?
