Lower back pain, right above butt crack
So i have this lower back pain at the location maybe about 1inch-2inches above my butt crack. Can someone tell me whats causing this, and why i got it? I never had any issues, one day i was playing basketball, and felt nagging pain, i stopped, then it hurt, but still hurts during movement or sitting in a position to long. What can be the cause of this ? a strain or herniated disc?

Thanks

I would consult with a local chiropractor and receive an examination and x-rays.

Warm wishes,
