Rib sticking out

hi im currently seeing a chiropractor because i had a problem with my neck i belive its c1 but i just found that my right shoulder looks lower than my left my left rib is sticking out .Can my neck affect my body like this?Do you think my rib is dislocated?i get no pain in my ribs and the chiropractor took an x ray from my head bone to my pelvis and dint mention anything about it.

i dont know whats going on but i get plenty of pains in my back and i have noticed that my left rib sticks out.no pain in the ribs just the back and neck.i also had noticed my right sholder lower than my left

ok thanks but today i was sitting on my bed and when i was to got up i got a very bad pain all up by my leg.i felt as if my leg joint came out and hopefully went back in.I had put some muscle cream to ease the pain and i went to sleep and now just got up.the muscle cream is still burning so i dont know if the pain is there still and the cream is hiding it .Should i see help immediately?
