Sorry, I guess i wasn't very specific. Yes, it is the muscles surrounding the bones that are going into spasm. It does not hurt when I breathe. When i get up in the morning I feel great, by the afternoon I start to feel pain and it gets worse by dinner. By the time I go to bed it gets better and I don't have any problems when I am asleep. I do notice that if I stand rather than sit at the computer - it doesn't get as aggrevated.
Warm wishes,
