Rotated disc in spine

I fell about 7 years ago. I can't run sometimes I have a lot of tiredness in my legs but have to stand on my legs for long periods.  A recent x-ray shoes one of my lower discs is rotated about 90 degrees. This prevents me from being able to lift legs well mostly my right,  Can this be corrected I feel it might be getting worse and do not want to end up in  a wheel chair.  Thank you.

Discs don't rotate... and lumbar vertebrae don't have nearly that much mobility... so I'm not sure who would tell you that your disc is rotated 90-degrees. What type of doctor took the x-ray?
