Shoulder problems

When I rotate my right arm my collar bone visibly and suddenly juts out. Its not causing much pain, just aching and occasional shaking in my hand. I've been told it could be a rotor cuff injury but the symptoms I've read don't fit. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what it could be and how to help it as I dislocated my left shoulder a few weeks ago and would like atleast one of my shoulders to be in working order! Thankyou
