Subluxation Degeneration - Advanced Phase 1

I went to a Chiropractor and had Xrays that show the vertebrae in my neck are between Phase 1 & Phase 2 of Subluxation Degeneration.

While a normal neck has a forward curve with thick and even spaces between each disk; mine has lost its curve (straight up and down) with a change in disk shape.

I have no physical pain or discomfort in my neck, which I've read is common with Phase 1. I am not interested in alleviating symptoms, but more in finding a solution and preventing further problems.

Looking for advise, opinions, sources of information, best solutions, alternatives to the best solution, anything you can offer.
