Subluxation Degeneration - Advanced Phase 1

I went to a Chiropractor and had Xrays that show the vertebrae in my neck are between Phase 1 & Phase 2 of Subluxation Degeneration.

While a normal neck has a forward curve with thick and even spaces between each disk; mine has lost its curve (straight up and down) with a change in disk shape.

I have no physical pain or discomfort in my neck, which I've read is common with Phase 1. I am not interested in alleviating symptoms, but more in finding a solution and preventing further problems.

Looking for advise, opinions, sources of information, best solutions, alternatives to the best solution, anything you can offer.

Thanks

The earlier you correct this problem, the better off you'll be down the road. An outstanding Cervical specialist is not terribly far from you in Boulder. Here's her website - http://www.erinelster.com - she might be a valuable resource for you in case you'd like a second opinion, or alternative care plan.
