Tingling

I have tingling by my left shoulder blade and lower left back.  I am also having spasms below my left buttock. It's driving me nuts. No pain, just tingling . Like blowing your lips against wax paper.  Any suggestions?

The body demonstrates a variety of warning signs when structures/tissues are compromised. Tingling is generally associated with altered nerve conductivity... related to tissue irritation/stretching, etc.

Sometimes this can be as simple as a vitamin deficiency. Other times it can be due to altered spinal biomechanics/posture.
