What kind of pillow is best for ME.?

I don’t like hard or too soft of a pillow.  I occasionally get a stiff neck from my job, so I’m looking for a comfortable pillow that will support my neck.

Thanks,
Scott

Scott, I'm a fan of latex pillows. Particularly low-loft firm varieties. While the name suggests "stiff", it's really just firm for latex standards, which is naturally very flexible and soft. I recommend these to my patients most often.

I wrote a blog post on various pillows that you might want to read. Here's the shortened link - http://bit.ly/9BGZGD
