Wheelchair Patient

How can a Chiropractor do an adjustment on a patient who cannot walk or lie on her stomach?  My sister went to a Chiropractor for decades, but has had brain surgery and now cannot walk.  So she has not been to her Chiropractor since May.  She also has a feeding tube so cannot lie on her stomach.  The brain surgery did not cause her inability to walk, it was the 4 months of being bed-ridden after the surgery. Her chronic problem was with her cervical spine, but now all of her back hurts.

There are some chiropractic techniques that can be performed in a seated position: Gonstead, Pro-Adjuster, Activator Methods and any chiropractor with an "Integrator" adjusting instrument should be able to provide some level of care, despite the wheelchair.
