back pain

i was born with my pelvis an inch out of line, rotated and deformed. for the past 5 years suffered cronic (chronic) back pain which also causes pain in my right leg. i have been told i have rotated disc,s nerve entrapment , nerve damage , spinal damage and nerve sinosis. recently told i have swealing on my spine and a growth on 2 disc,s. can you tell me what the growth,s could be and is there anything that can be done with my back situation . i am waiting for a scan
