my shoulder is killing me

by Hazee, Jul 27, 2008 03:20PM
I had and operation on my left shoulder in 2004 and now the shoulder near the shoulder blade is so painful. The pain is in the shoulder and in the ears. There is a buzzing in the ears. The pain hurts so bad at times and is off the scale. I have tried heat and 2 tynoel tablets at a time and it isn't letting up.

Consider using an ice pack instead of heat. Make sure not to apply it directly to your skin, though -- put a towel beneath it.

I find that heat isn't very helpful for chronic conditions, it tends to delay the healing process.

If that doesn't provide you some better relief, consider finding a good chiropractor in your area - they may be able to help give you the results you want.
