neck, right arm, and scapula pain after car accident

Hi everybody!
I was in a car accident last year in July and as a result, I have burning pain in my shoulder blade area, pulling in my right side of the neck (although my whole neck hurts), and pain in my right arm. Sometimes I also have tingling and numbness in my forearm. If I stay seated for too long, I get pain my in neck. Also, if I use the computer or do any other activity that involves using my arm, I get more pain in my neck, scapula, and arm. I've tried medications, physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Nothing has worked so far and I still have pain. I feel really frustrated and I do not want to spend more time with this pain. I am a very active person and being like this interferes with my daily routines.
I'm trying to find a good doctor who is interested in helping me. Someone who really cares and has experience with patients like me.
I live in Houston, so if you know of good specialist, please let me know.
Thanks.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Take a look at www.hspinalcare.com -- they're specialists in the Upper Cervical area of the spine, and will likely be able to give you the relief you're seeking.

Thanks for your suggestion. I'll look at the website.  Y
Yesterday I went to see another doctor (internal medicine) because I've been having a lot of pain and I have the appointment with the neurologist until June 24.  He said that I might have thoracic outlet syndrome and that is why I have the burning pain in my shoulder blade area and the tingling and numbness in my forearm. The chiropractor who treated me before had said the same so she tried electrical stimulation, laser, and ultrasound. Unfortunately this treatment didn't work. That's why I went to see a neurologist who said that it wasn't TOS, but cervical dystonia. He also referred me to another neurologist who has a muscle and nerve care center in downtown Houston and is a professor at the Baylor College of Medice (the one that I am seeing on June 24).
The doctor I saw yesterday prescribed Lyrica, Methylpred 4MG Dose-Pak, Metanx, and Diclofenac.  I began taking the vitamin today, but I don't know whether I should start taking the other medications. I fear they might be too strong and affect my future pregnancy (we haven't had a baby and we would like to start planning to become pregnant as soon as I recover completely).
Anyway, thanks again for your support and sorry I wrote too many things here.

Regards,

Adriana
