popped rib

popped rib

I would like to know if cordizone helps where the rib meets the sternum.  Feels like the rib is tilted and slanted and muscle or whatever it may be is tight and a lump.  Its been like this for 9 yrs, to the point where never been properly diagnosed.  It happened on a machine while being treated for lower back.

9 yrs ago it felt like when that rib popped out my neck and shouder areas on the backside were extremely painful.
The muscles that run in front from shoulder to shoulder hurt as well, and sometimes to even lifting a laundry basket.

I was told its chostrocondranitis.  It crackles alot in the back of my left shoulder.
like a bag of pop corn.  I was told by many docs it cant be fixed ...its where it healed.

Can the rib ever go back to where it used to be originally?

The easiest way to find out is to visit a reputable chiropractor in your town who has experience with rehab or sports injuries. After a few rib manipulations, the doctor will be able to tell you if it's fixable or not. Until you're examined, it's hard to say whether it can or can't be fixed.
