what is wrong with my spine? I'm seriously worried about it

After the incident where I injured my upper leg, near the butt area my leg has been having these nerve type of hurting for 3-4 weeks now and it hasn't improved at all. I noticed my spine is crooked now... or at least my body is. Whenever i walk, I'll have to walk like I have a hunchback (bending down) because it hurts when i stand up straight. What is  happening? How can i fix this?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
I can't give you a specific answer because I haven't examined you... But there are a handful of very talented practitioners in the San Francisco area that you can visit... They specialize in improving postural distortions of this nature.

I'd start by calling one of these two doctors:

1) Dr Michael Zabelin: 415-931-5000 / ***@****

2) Dr Christina Meakim: 415-771-7071 / www.meakimandstern.com

And it's not crooked because I'm not standing up straight.
