5-10 seconds of unprotected sex

If a male believes he may have chlamydia, and had unprotected sex for literally 5-10 seconds, and thereafter used a condom, what is the likelihood that the partner contracted the bacteria?  Any info would help. thanks

Very very very low risk from 5-10 seconds. But the male should test and if positive the partner should also test.
