Asking Abt Chlamydia

For chlamydia i took azithromycin for 3 days-500 mg,1gm,1gm respectively.

I took this treatment after 4 months.is it ok
I read on internet that 1gm azithromycin is enough for chlamydia.

Can masturbation and smoking affect azithromycin treatment

Is it possible that due to overdose of azithromycin it cannot treat chlamydia bacteria

Please Sir U have knowledge give me your suggestion can i take 1gm azithromycin  after 15-16 days of the above said treatment,i read on internet that azithromycin stays in our system for only 14 days after taking last dose only u can calm my anxiety.
