Asymptomatic

I lost my virginity last year, and I went into it completely convinced that I could had no STD because I'd never had anyone go anywhere near my penis before that.  During the course of that relationship, my girlfriend contracted a urinary infection, and after reading a little on both Gonorrhea and Chlamydia i realized that the symptoms were much the same.  However i still worry that i might have some STD or a urinary infection, and i can't stand the idea of passing it on to someone else, and so i ask, is it possible to have been asymptomatic for any STD since birth?  And how can i  fix it quickly?

Since birth?  No.  If you had been born with an std, you would have been very sick.

If you have an std, you got it from your gf, not from birth.  And if your gf went to the doctor, and was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, that's what she had.  Those are very common in women.

If you are concerned you have an std, the only thing you can do is test.

If you were both virgins going into the relationship, and no one cheated, then you can't have an std.
