Burning feeling once a month (3 times)

I'm 25 years old.

I visited a prostitute some months ago. We did everything protected with condom.

After 5 weeks I had a burning feeling after urinating. This was after I first masturbated myself.
The day after it was gone. Although I had the same feeling twice again in the next 2 months.
I never had this feeling before.

I had no discharge or burning feeling the months inbetween.

The last time was more than 1 1/2 month ago.

I started looking to my urine. Sometimes I see small mucus thread in my urine.
Is that normal? Again I have no discharge, even when I try to milk my penis.

A week after the last burning feeling I went to see a doctor. He took a urine sample, centrifugated it an took a look under the microscope. He saw no bacterias, white or red blood cells. Nothing abnormal.

My urine is often cloudy. Be the doctor said this was nothing to worry about.
When I add a drop of vinegar, it also clears up.

He didn't send the sample to the lab.
I however didn't say about the protected sex I had with a prostitute. Didn't dare to say this to him.

I'm really woried.

Can these symptoms indicate chlamydia?

I called with an STD help center. They say you still can have the bad luck to get chlamydia while using a condom. Chlamydia can also be transmitted through the hands.

I have no discharge. But it is often cloudy/ almost once a day, mainly in the evening.

My doc examined my urine when it was slightly cloudy and said this was normal.
Some people have this more than others. I had to drink more water.

I've read about phosporisation and testing this by adding a drop of vinegar.
I did and my urine cleared up.
