Burning on tip/head of my penis and pains when I urinate since 15 days

I had unprotected sex with new partner 35 days ago. 15 days later head of  my penis has started burning and pains when I urinate .And  is itching little at the end of my anus too.I did tests for                    
1) CHLAMYDIA -Trachomatis IgG Serem                       Negative
2)HEPATITIS- B- Surface Antigen ELISA                       Negative
3)HEPATITIS- C- Virus Antibody   ELISA                       Negative
4)HERPES    -Simplex Virus-Z-     ELISA                        Negative
5)TREPONEMA Pallidum Haemagglutination                 Negative
6)VDRL TEST/RPR (Coagglutination)                             Non Reactive
