Can minocycline hydrochloride twice a day 100g every 12 hours after i already got 500 mg By IV for 7 days to treat for chlamydia?

Doctor give me 7 days of Azithromycin by IV and then minocycline hydrochloride twice a day 100g every 12 hours treat chlamydia? for 14 days. I do not feel better after 6 days of treatment on pill still little burning sensation = total 13 days !!. I am starting to lose confident in the doctor since it was already after  7 days with Azithromycin 500g with IV each day.  According to CDC 1 g orally in a single dose  or even Doxycycline 100 mg orally twice a day for 7 days should of done the job. Plz help! The country were i am living now are all private hospital they probably want to make money out of me. I was already tested neg for Gonnorhea (Gonorrhea), Trichomoniasis and have no sex since 2 weeks.

you read correctly, your doctor gave you the incorrect instructions for taking the Zithromax... you need to follow up with them or another doctor, best to stick with one doctor but if you don't trust them you need to decide

Can anyone help me? what i did is take the medication as told, getter better but still a little irritation and discharge after i go pee. Now since the 2 weeks of minocycline hydrochloride is over i went to doctor and told him still feel some discharge. He assured me that it is inflammation only and that it  can last for 1 month. So he give me Azithromycin 500g daily for 7 days and minocycline hydrochloride twice a day 100g every 12 hours for 7 days. Also some Biotic. He said a Dual combination treatment.
