Can my boyfirend get cured form chlamydia with diflucan

I am very concerned,my boyfriend gave me chlamedia and we just recently went to the doctor to get rid of this std. The doctor prescribed him Diflucan. I thought this was strange but said nothing because I knew that this medication was given to cure vaginal yeast infections. Can Diflucan cure Chlamydia for a male?

No diflucan does not cure Chlamydia, only zithromax or doxy will cure chlamydia, you need to see a doctor who knows what to prescribe.
