Chlamidia tr.and symptoms still present after several treatment

Before 2 months i have been possitive tested for chlamidia
My simptoms for discomfort while urinating,pain in the urethra and ural tract,pain in the testicles and 24 hour felling like you want to urinate.
I was prescribed whit 1gram azytromicin plus 0.5m second day
The symtoms (symptoms) did not get away and i was retested and the test came back possitive againg
I was given harder and longer treatment for a 2 days whit azytromicin and 10 days doxy twice a day.a week after treatment the simtoms came back and i do the retesting which came back positive againg
Now im doing the 3 round of treatment whit 2 days of azitromicin and 10 days od doxy
All this 2 months i have been having protected sex so i thinh there is no chance of reinfection
My question is
1.is possible that my condition of chlamidia is harder then normal so i need longer use of therapy and if so which treatment you think it would be apropriate?
2.could i become resistante to azitro and doxy?
3.is it possible that the treatment faild becouse i have sex?do i have to restrain from sex even if its protected (using condom)

You should refrain from sex completely during treatment.  Condoms are not 100%.  And if your partner is not being treated, then this will keep on happening.

If you are having unprotected oral sex, that could be the reason as well.  In essence, try not having sex at all during treatment and make sure your partner is or has been treated as well.

im seeing another partner which is tested negative so its not possible to get it from him.
Also i did not have oral sex during the treatment

Then you should see a urologist.  You have something else going on that is keeping you from healing from the infection.
