Chlamydia Blood Tests

I recently (June 30) had Antibody Igg and Igm Chlamydia blood tests done.  Igg came back negative and Igm positive.  Im confused as Ive been on a relation for 2 years now, my partner had same bloodtests done a week later and both Igg and Igm came bac negative.  Im 100% sure my partner has not cheated in any way and from my part I french kissed a girl June 19. Is it possible for Chlamydia to be transmited thru french kissing? thanks

nope kissing has no risk for chlamydia or lets say zero risk u may have carried this from a previous relation

Blood test for chlymida is a waste of time and money. It looks for antibodies for an old infection. A urine test or swab test looks for a current infection.

Would a urine test determine if my infection is for Chlymida trachomasis or Chlymadia pnemunia?

Or in other words if my urine chlyamdia test comes back negative can I assume I have chlamydia pnemunia?

Chlamydia pneumoniae is not a genital infection. Vance`s advice is correct.
